Website and domains for sale:

I'm sad to say I have to put this website and domain up for sale. While it was designed as a hobby it was also supposed to pay for itself. Unfortunately, unless you are an American or reside in the USA, working with Google is very difficult and I have lost interest in working with Google's AdSense.

From July to December 2007 cruisinglifecse.com has had over 1000 unique visitors per month with hardly any promotion of the website. With some additional SEO work and promotion on sailing and cruising websites, I'm sure the traffic can be expanded considerably to a very select audience.

Package deal:

I'm offering for sale the domain names CruisingLifeCSE.com and CruisingLifeCSE.org and the website code including the html, css and php and images.

Hosting and domain registration:

You have the option of hosting the website on my server at my usual rates or you may move the website to any other hosting service of your choice. The code was designed for a Linux/UNIX (LAMP) server. Same goes for the domain name registration, I can continue to register them in your name at my usual rates or you may move the names to the registrar of your choice.
